Author Guidelines

Authors should submit manuscripts that are original, scientifically sound, ethically conducted, clearly written, and prepared according to the journal’s scope and editorial requirements. Manuscripts should present a clear rationale, appropriate methodology, transparent reporting, and conclusions supported by the submitted work.

Before Submission

• The manuscript should fit the aims and scope of the selected journal.
• The work should not be under consideration by another journal or publisher.
• All listed authors should meet authorship criteria and approve the submitted version.
• Funding, competing interests, ethics approval, consent, and data availability should be declared where applicable.
• Permissions should be obtained for third-party material, including figures, tables, images, or reproduced content.

Manuscript Preparation

• The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the manuscript content.
• The abstract should summarize the background, objective, methods, main findings, and conclusion where applicable.
• Keywords should be specific and relevant to improve indexing, searchability, and discoverability.
• The manuscript should be structured according to the selected article type and journal requirements.
• Figures and tables should be clearly labelled, cited in the text, and submitted in acceptable quality.
• References should be accurate, complete, and formatted according to the journal’s preferred style.

Article Types

Journals may consider original research articles, review articles, systematic reviews, case reports, short communications, letters, editorials, commentaries, and other scholarly contributions depending on editorial scope. Authors should select the most appropriate article type during submission.

Ethics, Consent, and Reporting

• Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data should include appropriate ethics approval statements.
• Informed consent should be stated where applicable.
• Clinical studies, observational studies, case reports, systematic reviews, and trials should follow relevant reporting guidelines where appropriate.
• Authors are responsible for the accuracy of submitted ethics, consent, registration, and approval information.

Declarations

Authors should provide all required declarations during submission. These may include funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, informed consent, data availability, author contributions, acknowledgements, and permission statements.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Authors are responsible for the integrity, accuracy, originality, and validity of all submitted work. Any use of artificial intelligence tools in writing, editing, data processing, image generation, or analysis should be disclosed where relevant. AI tools should not be listed as authors because they cannot take responsibility for the submitted work.

Editorial and Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening for completeness, scope, ethical compliance, and suitability for review. Suitable manuscripts may be assigned to editors and reviewers. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, rejection, or other decisions according to journal workflow.

Revisions

When revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response to the editor and reviewers. The response should address each comment clearly and indicate where changes were made in the manuscript.

After Acceptance

Accepted manuscripts may proceed to production, proof preparation, author proof review, final approval, and publication. Authors should review proofs carefully and respond promptly to editorial or production queries.
